You understand why you feel the way you do — but understanding alone hasn't been enough. Trauma-informed EMDR therapy that creates real nervous-system change, not just insight.
"You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you toward sustainable growth and meaningful change."
Many of my clients are highly capable on the outside, yet feel internally stuck. If that resonates, you're in the right place.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who are ready for meaningful healing — not just symptom management. Many of my clients are insightful, capable, and highly functioning on the outside, yet feel internally stuck.
They may understand why they feel the way they do but still struggle to feel safe, calm, or connected in their bodies and relationships. That gap between knowing and feeling is exactly where my work begins.
I specialize in EMDR and holistic approaches to mental health. My work focuses on helping you move beyond insight alone and into real nervous-system change using evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we will explore your goals, strengths, and challenges — working towards sustainable growth and meaningful change. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to overcome obstacles and lead a fulfilling life.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps your brain reprocess painful memories and stuck negative beliefs — so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.
Unlike talk therapy alone, EMDR works directly with the nervous system. You don't have to recount every detail of your trauma. Instead, bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sound) helps your brain do what it was always designed to do: heal.
The result isn't just intellectual understanding — it's a felt shift. Memories that once sent your body into panic become more like old photographs: present, but no longer overwhelming.
"You can understand your trauma completely and still feel its grip. EMDR is about changing how it lives in your body."
We map your history and identify memories and beliefs to target together.
Building safety, coping resources, and nervous-system regulation tools before processing begins.
Identifying the specific memory, negative belief, and how it feels in your body right now.
Bilateral stimulation helps your brain process and integrate stuck memories at the root level.
Reinforcing positive beliefs and ensuring the shift is complete — mind and body.
Checking progress across sessions and integrating ongoing healing into daily life.
